Open for business.

Walker thought this was an appropriate blog title as this weekend we hosted our first Cinci guest since my parents helped us move - yay!! You all have seen this face on the blog plenty of times, but never before have we been pictured together in Ohio. This OB/GYN-extraordinaire is doing her residency in Pittsburgh, which is conveniently just a few hours drive away.

Fran arrived in town Friday night and I'm not sure if she has recovered from the giant bear hug I accosted her with immediately as she exited her car. It was so wonderful catching up in person and sharing our new city with her, even if just for a couple of days!

Everything is still new to us, but I'm pleased to report that we are adjusting as well as we could have expected. Going in to the hospital super early and having to work on the weekends again has certainly been a change, but I'm sure/I hope I will adjust in time :)

Doesn't this look like so much fun? I'm not sure what it's called, but it made me wonder (for a brief moment) what their max age/weight is to give it a go...

And in reference to Walker's blog title suggestion, we are indeed open for business in Ohio. Provided we know who you are, we have spoken before, and you don't mind sharing a tiny bathroom with us (#3's the kicker), please come visit us in Cincinnati any time!
